It has its own fascinating name
But weaved in a morbid game
Looking for symptoms but not the same
Sobriety or serenity has no one to blame

How to break this cycle of fear
The morbidity rate is still on high gear
Thou sneak into our life from rear
Making all human attempts to jeer

To slow the spread of a disease to stop
Social distancing is essential without any hop
Wearing a mask will never flop,
Washing hands after each touch shouldn't drop,

Choose not to take public transportation
Avoid wherever you see thick population
Keep a distance of two meters in proportion
Sneeze with covered mouth and follow isolation

Keep monitoring your oxygen level benign
If faced with breathing trouble or severe sign
Take doctor's advice to be on safer line
The only consolation is isolation fine.

To minimize contact among people
Tell employees to work from home
Meeting via Video call or conference online room
Self-quarantine, cordon sanitaire, containment should bloom.
