Breaking Moments Holding Us Back Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Breaking Moments Holding Us Back

Running around, looking over edges of this life, wondering
how we ever made it this far in a lifetime filled with
sacrifices, stress, turmoil grief and loss.

Suddenly finding one day as we awaken that we have become
old, aging and disabled, a weary person, yet one that con-
tinues to love freedom and liberty here in the U.S.A.

Breaking moments that tried to hold us back or limit us
when we wouldn't be held or limited no matter what anyone
else thought.

Being an American, free and at liberty as we moved into
the existence of another movement being led by our great
President, Donald J. Trump.
