Children Are A Responsibility
Children are a great responsibility.
They are seedlings
Planted in the garden of life—
Their parents being the caretakers.
In an evil world, children are tender,
Gullible, vulnerable.
And unfortunate victims of prey.
Thus, it takes a village....
We must all watch to guarantee
Their safety and protection.
And as well,
To guide them through a big
And hostile world.
God save the children.
