Christmas time
It’s Christmas time once again
Another year has gone by
So fast
So quick
Right before my eyes
The tree has been put up
Presents are under the tree
While ornaments hang with such elegancy
While everyone in the house get ready for Christmas
Hanging up decorations
Putting lights on the house
Making sugar cookies
Drinking eggnog
Singing Christmas carols
While everyone is dressed in their most festive clothes
Christmas time
Time for new beginnings
Time for cheerfulness
Time for re-do’s
Time for good feelings
Time for smiles
Especially to the ones you despise
