Collecting Thoughts In Solitude Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Collecting Thoughts In Solitude

Walking through pathways, being one with nature, going
into its solitude, finding peace wrapping its blanket
around this poet.

Watching everything going on, but not affected by it
right now, preferring to let medical issues and tests
sink into pools below an interior waterfall.

While mind and intellect collect all thoughts, keeping
this poet held within an intense rhythmic melody of
musical rhythms.
