Every night,
I went to bed hoping
that you'd change
and everything would be like it used to.
Every morning,
I woke up realizing
nothing had changed
you were just the same.
I've since given up on that dream,
you'll never change,
but I have.
I'm done hoping,
I'm done waiting,
consider me gone.
