as I throw my body to bed
feel gush of wind overhead
I pull my blanket over me
all in comfort with my eyes
a trace my back in my mind
thanks heaven am doing fine
not a minute pass; am asleep
dreaming of all goodness sake
there wonderful barefoot walk
along seashore in spring morn
cats looking for lunch, a fish
left by flowing tide, helpless
