Dilemma Poem by Benedict Wachira

Dilemma

They said to her
'It is your mistake
You forgot yourself! ’
She asked herself
‘Was my mistake
My commitment to the #Struggle? ’

She could have lived an average life
Rent a house, buy a small car, raise a family
But she gave her all
To the people and to the Party

Maybe she needed to rest
To re-organise herself
Come back stronger and lead by example

For they did not care
They lived right and talked left
