Does God Believe In A Future You? Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

Does God Believe In A Future You?

atheists do not believe in God
but does God believe in some atheists?
to say God does not believe in
specific individuals however bad

is not scriptural because God
can God will save; whoever God pleases?
judgement is mine sayith the Lord

Saul of Tarsus judged did not believe in Jesus Christ
but Jesus Christ believed in future Paul of Tarsus?
Christ cured disease blindness hatred used Paul's passions

God uses who God chooses
God chose what is foolish in the world
to shame the wise; (wise in their own words)

God chose what is weak in the world
to shame the strong; (opinionated in own egos) 1Corinthians 1: 27
fools cannot accept a defeated Saviour?

foolish philosophers cannot believe in a God
who would take on mortal frail flesh die
a shameful extremely public painful death? Why?

why because flawed philosophers
cannot live outside inflated ego bubbles?
demand ego tribute worshippers

(Jesus said) 'My grace is sufficient
for you, for my power is made perfect
in weakness.' 'Therefore I will boast

all the more gladly of my weaknesses,
so that the power of Christ
may rest upon me.' (wrote Paul of Tarsus) 2 Corinthians 12: 9

What lengths did Christ go to; to prevent
Paul from falling; being foolish conceited?
Paul was given a thorn in his flesh
a messenger of Satan, to torment him. 2 Corinthians 12: 7

Thrice; three times Paul pleaded
with the Lord to take it away from him. 2 Corinthians 12: 8

(Jesus said) 'My grace is sufficient
for you, for my power is made perfect
in weakness.' 'Therefore I will boast

all the more gladly of my weaknesses,
so that the power of Christ
may rest upon me.' (declared Paul of Tarsus) 2 Corinthians 12: 9

This is the reason why,
'for Christ's sake, I delight
in weaknesses, in insults,

in hardships, in persecutions,
in difficulties. For when I
am weak, then I am strong.' (in Christ) 2 Corinthians 12: 9

Can blind an atheist
a philosopher know
power of Holy spirit?

Martin Luther wrote
'It is certain the man must
utterly despair of his own ability

before he is prepared
to receive the grace of Christ.'

What wisdom weighted
rests in these words?

In Christ we are not
'operating out of self-sufficiency,
but out of total dependency

on Christ and in need
of being empowered
by the Spirit.'

Shall we 'boast in our weakness instead
of displaying our self-righteousness
and strength. This is obviously folly

and nonsense to the world,
but to those who are being saved
it is the power of God.'

God dwells in flesh which received
sought after blessings from God
as such flesh aspires dwells in God.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

First of all I believe in God, the super energy that controls our existence, not any human who were born and people have taken them as Gods and worship them. Terence, I don't want to touch this subject as this subject itself must be treated as the double sided knife and it will hurt both, who talks for and against.. atleast believing someone and something to lead a healthy life is better than not believing anything and leading unruly life..
