Every Second of Every Day

As the sun rises,
And the day starts
My blessed dreams of you
Turn into enchanting fantasies
Bringing happiness every second of the day

In the noonday,
As hunger builds that hunger pails
In comparison to how my heart desires you.
And at this moment I consume every thought of you
Filling my hungry heart every second of the day

The evening brings sunset
The sun fades and the moon rises
My passion for you has grown as the clock ticks
Knowing that I may see your beautiful face
Lifting my mind, body, and spirit every second of every day

And with the day's end,
My eyes grow heavy with sleepiness
But the anticipation for loving daydreams
Becoming restful glorifying dreams of love
Keeping me expectant of your love of every second of every day.
