There had been a time,
When expertise and competence to have...
Was sought and expected.
And proven to represent,
A direction that required...
An attempt to gain success with it meant.
Today...
It seems,
Those with expertise and competence...
To have an abundance of it.
Certified and documented.
Have become resented by the ones,
Who sit in positions of leadership.
Selected based upon image and appearances.
Are quicker to belittle, demean and discredit.
Because they walk the walk and talk the talk.
Yet...
Those incompetent to prove this they can do,
Are defended by others who also choose...
To rely on failure as a way to blame and accuse,
Those who know much more and with proof.
Of not knowing anything.
And if they did,
They would not have allowed lies told on them...
Be that effective to ruin their credibility.
Or integrity.
As vicious rumors intended to spread,
Were not so easily believed.

"Uh...
But,
You and your crew...
Did this to them purposely."

-And,
Your point to make is...
What? -

"They have not accepted failure as success."

-Oh yeah?
But...
Who sits in a position,
To claim them as mistakes made?
At least we represent the people,
Not expecting us to be perfect...
24/7.
They can relate to those,
Who can show they can be more like them.-

"This makes no sense."

-We are not here to make sense.
Look.
The last people made sense.
And what happened to them?
They were distrusted.
Making people feel,
They thought themselves to be better.
Than everyone else.-
