Relying on an inner strength that keeps this poet energized,
focused, and determined throughout life, having been through
so much hardship, sacrifice, loss, grief and sorrow.

Still able to smile right from this poetical heart, faith en-
abling an interior spirit, hoping that life will eventually
be good in spite of all the turmoil given through the years.

Still writing poetry for it also helps to calm and soothe
while listening to musical rhythms and writing poetry incess-
antly throughout this earthly life.
