Fear Of The First Step.
The souls connect,
The spirit charges,
Then the body feels,
The pangs of love and desire!
It is a confusing situation.
An area hard to navigate.
Should I or shouldn't I?
You fall short of taking action.
You can see your soul mate.
You feel how the other feels.
You know they want as much as you.
Who is going to take the initial step?
Should I loose love because I cannot,
Or should I grab the chance?
Then risk it all!
My heart is in turmoil.
My soul has identified,
My body is charged and yearning.
My heart is afraid of rejection.
Rejection from the one of my dreams!
I have wished for,
I have hoped for,
I have prayed for
Someone just like you!
Love is so within reach,
Love is so within touch,
Love is talking to me,
But love is not connecting!
