Feel the role
I may regret
But not react
About past
That shadowed overcast
I was arrogant
And disobedient
And paid no heed
I was blinded by lust and greed
Time did not change
But we came of an age
We realized the implications
And certain thaws in relation
I was told many times by friends
About bad company that sent
Immediate reaction from relatives and at home
I was not even welcome
I sit in corner
And seek again the same shelter
I cannot live as bad character
And feel the role of hater

Aging gracefully is the part of game called life where people get maturity with aging and accumulation of motley experiences. A beautifully crafted meaningful and thought provoking poem. Thanks for sharing.10 points.
