Find Me

If you cannot find me outside
You will not find me inside
If you cannot find me next to you
In the thousand faces around you:
Sad, hungry, vile or happy,
Visiting a thousand holy places
Will not help you see me

Great short poem...All we have to do is look within.
“Only from the heart can you touch the sky.” ? Rumi
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” ? Rumi (Report) Reply

Very well articulated. 'He' resides in you. The day we realise that, we take our first step to becoming better beings. (Report) Reply
