Sometimes house or straw- heap catch a fire,
Due to children's fire play or firework without care.
Within a twinkle of eye fire plays with fuel,
It spreads flame wide and high and does cruel.
People rush to the fire place with outcry,
To fight with fire sincerely they do try.
Buckets and buckets of water they do sprinkle,
Dastardly person can't go near but does twinkle.
Fire is combustion producing light and heat,
The fume and flame rise more than ten feet.
The firmament over houses on fire is gloom,
Many things are destroyed inside fire room.
Government provides gratis help by fire station,
Are you on fire? Don't have botheration.
Phone to one zero one; give them your address,
Fire station comes soon; remove your mental stress.
A fire engine with ding-dung sound comes in fast,
It has water pump and pipes which does speedily cast.
Firemen fight fire and save lives and wealth,
Fire on house is a calamity it affects mental health.
When calamity occurs people pray to God,
But we should always meditate him and nod.
If we will be cautious we can avoid calamity,
Like house on fire; it can't overtake our capacity.
A match stick can light a lamp....also can set a house on fire....it is just that one should think before doing an action...If we will be cautious we can avoid calamity, Like house on fire; it can't overtake our capacity.....indeed a good work...thanks kumar
From a tiny spark through a careless act, a wild fire can grow and it brings in rampant destruction! Man often fail to control such occurrences! During unprecedented natural calamities, God alone can come to our aid! Great write!
There are many types of fire that are needed to be be extinguished. I think Fine Arts and Literature can play the role of a Fire Extinguisher but I am sorry to say that many of us are adding fuel to the fire.
Yes, Sir, very well said. God is the ultimate fire-fighter on whom we all can doubtlessly rely. In prayer here at the feet of your poem.
