Moved beyond the power of words
Catch me sharing your dream
unfolding as petals on a bloom
Dare I be stilled by such dream?

Listening to the sound of your world
Catch me hearing the night
as each of your new doors open
your hands reaching out for the light:
Touching my soul with laughter
Catching me sing whilst you grow
with such consummate ease,
both aiming to please...
O live, gentle spirit, don't go!

Sensing the flow of transition
Catch me glowing for you
happily wishing most favoured grace
rains down on him and on you.
