Gaze Into The Future
Morning darkness swarms around, covering me in it's
isolation, draining tears from my heart as I sit
here and write.
Leaving behind all reality, preferring not to live
it right now for it's too painful to even think a-
bout.
Trying to find my way out of this sorrow, looking to
my love to be here for me, in a vast and lonely place,
a lifetime wasting away as I gaze into the future.
