Geography Of Love Poem by John F. McCullagh

Geography Of Love

Rating: 5.0

This land, like many others, fair,
the air fragrant and sweet.
The jungle, exotic, lies to the south.
Up North are her twin peaks.
Sweet rubies are my lover's lips.
Sparkling diamonds are her eyes.
Yes this "land "is pleasing and rich,
her smile like an "ivory "mine.
As I vow to preserve and love
her for all of my time,
one hand explores my Lover's curves
in search of the Divine.
together we plumb her deepest depths
She shifts to meet my action.
Happiness is in the moment now;
then, later, satisfaction.
