Ive always hid behind the bolder,
and walked behind the wiser,

I ve always let the shadows cover me,
without fear, I felt safe hiding,

but eventually I got tired,
I wanted to show myself to the world,
I was tired of being
The Girl In the Shadows.

So I did break into the world,
I didnt hide behind the bolder,
I walked in front of the wiser,
I became the conquerer,
I was no longer,
The Girl In the Shadows.
