God Radiated Through Our Lives Prayer Faith

for some God is abstract
an unknown even none existent concept
some believe God to be a fairy tale
atheists often spend huge amounts of time

denying God hating opposing God
yet for those of us who searched out God
through trials the awful grace of God's
testing proofs in storms of troubles became

God became our greatest blessing
through gift love of our children
our hopes joys in knowing God when
God radiated through our lives prayer faith

when God becomes our life our faith
our greatest hope our time is never
far from God's time when we learn
to give God our pain suffering sorrow

God can never be far from our mind
our blessing is in the peace love of God
it is hard not to feel pity for all souls
still lost even those who hate rage rise

up against us because God is our peace
comfort wisdom hope any who do not
know feel this love this peace how can
we not pity them still suffering in lost

places we who live in the love of Christ
hope pray never to fall return to Amen

Poem of the Day

poet Christopher Marlowe

It lies not in our power to love or hate,
For will in us is overruled by fate.
