Gods And Mosquito's Poem by Ray Lucero

Gods And Mosquito's

Rating: 4.3

Quietly I sit in meditation

A mosquito descends
landing on my arm

Launching self-defense
my free hand rises

In an instant
my arm stains red

My power is supreme
over an insect so small

Is this how gods' destroy universes?

Ooooh Ray! Then I take it you are not of a buddhist persuasion? ! I aways imagine something a little more exciting than a splat anyway, if a god was to destroy our world. Perhaps something with explosions - you know a little colourful! Moyax

Ray, I freaking hate mosquitos! lol Having been born and raised in Alaska I am very familiar with them. They are, after all, the state bird. lol Well done. S
