Goodness Of Diversity Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Scratching the surface of diversity with intellect's questions
and thoughts, knowing that diversity is a good thing where we
learn about others, their cultures, likes, dislikes, etc.

Wondering why all of a sudden people are using it as a bad thing
to have, because it increases our understanding of one another,
sharing ideas, feelings and opinions to learn more.

Diversity is all about learning how to communicate with people,
and finding understanding for ourselves, all of these reasons
adding up to a great learning experience for all of humanity
as a whole.
