Green Abode Poem by James Darwin Smith II

Green Abode

Green abode
Visions afar foretold
Beauty unfolding
As the great beyond
Rides into the glory
Of the sunset
Lit in such strong gratitude

Miles and miles of depth
Such a unique introspection
Serenity, This spirit's dialect
Upon the nature of a loving salvation
Loving in ways never felt before

Peace, so much peace
Within these windows of endless time
Formed by a soul
Always being taken for granted
Yet, I take it for all its limitless worth
Shining so brightly in these eyes
Ever so full of rejoice

Green abode
Within all this worrying is love
Traveling further
Than I could ever comprehend
Mending onward
Somehow, Someway
As everything seems so natural

All there is
Is wisdom and love

Green abode
No matter where you are
I always feel right at home
Even if I still feel alone

Visionary dreamer
Your eyes sing melodies
Through dreams
Of an endless paradise

Green abode
It all started with the eyes
And this heart wanted to go home

Green lit dreamer
Am I worth your abode?

Somehow, Someway
Could you finally take me home?

I dedicate this journey to you

Green abode

May you finally take me home?

Green abode?
