Happy Funeral Poem by Titus Keya Omwaka

Happy Funeral

Laughter and jubilation
Reigned the nation
He's dead
His memory will fed
Husbands bade their wives to come to bed
Whispering how with an iron fist he led
No tears were shed

People flocked joints of entertainment
To celebrate this moment
At one joint
A drunkard belabored a point
Freedom at last
They never knew it will come this fast

People attended the funeral
To have a meal in general
And confirm if he's dead
And won't wake up to pester them.
