Headlights Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Headlights

Lines of lights passing by, creating illusions of
solid blocks of white.
Without a sound, racing past in quiet desperation,
seething under pounds of heatened steel.
rolling away or around, distinguishing the roads
in front of us.
