Helpless Poem by Mark Normand

Helpless

Rating: 5.0

So tender a flower, as the wind
blows against her.
The darkness of this world pulls
her down as she cries.
I stand here so helpless and this
day leaves me empty.
As life slowly fades and death closes
her eyes.

Simple words sometimes express the deepest feelings so much better than any complex forms. I was moved by the sadness.
