Her Black Bear Poem by Hebert Logerie

My friend told me that she wants to write
About a black bear, that's the animal that
She likes the most on earth. Maybe she's right
Because I don't argue with women, though I chat
With them all the time. She refuses to tell me why
She enamors this type of powerful creature
That many people are afraid of. This is no lie
A black/white bear looks like a big dog which can stand
Like a prehistoric human being. Mother Nature
Gave birth to everything on this wonderful land
I don't want to hold my breath, but I'm gleefully waiting
To read what she has to write about this animal being.

P.S. This unusual poem is dedicated to a very interesting friend of mine and to all who have a good and unconventional sense of humor. Lol.
