I Have Had Too Much Poem by Hebert Logerie

I Have Had Too Much

Rating: 4.0

I've had it, I've had too much
I'm sick of it, I've had enough
I will walk away from this bond
I'll stop at the bar near the pond
To satisfy myself a little
I'm sick of being so miserable.

I'm going under another blue sky
Where reign peace and harmony
I will have a new and beautiful life
Hot bread sticks with honey syrup
In the morning and in the afternoon
Spicy fried fish in the house kitchen.

I'm sick of your nonsense
Of your insults and your ways
So bad and so presumptuous
I no longer want to suck on your cherries
I've had too much, I'm going to leave
I don't want to die in this mishmash.

Sometimes, having too much of such nonsense stuff may give birth to a good poem.
