I Love You For Your Hidden Beauty Poem by Hebert Logerie

I Love You For Your Hidden Beauty

Rating: 5.0

I love. I love you not for your outside appearance,
But for the hermetically hidden treasures in you,
For your kindness, your unique style and bienséance,
And for sprinkling an eternal joy in my heart and soul.

The wintry wind has tarnished your smile a bit;
Nevertheless, inside your soul lies an eternal spring,
Where peacocks sing romantic songs of yesterday.
I love you because you love me with a powerful bang.

When we meet, it is a festive explosion of a bonfire,
Where the hearts of a man and a woman are engulfed in love;
Two souls are immersed in a fictional lake surrounded by fire.

I love you for the volcano that is spewing kisses above,
In the heaven. Love was created for us, for you and I,
Who enjoy each other like two geese who see eye to eye.
