I Trust Them Why Don't You? Poem by Ace Of Black Hearts

I Trust Them Why Don't You?

A president should never have the power or influence over school in which children are taught or what topics are off limits.
Only scholars, scientist, parents as a group should get to decide.
No matter if the argument of the 1619 project is valid or not.
Just the facts please, let the teacher and students decide the interpretations of history.
Otherwise it is propaganda.
A white washing with slavery being at the center.
Some believe a debt owed, and credit is due.
But that is not something our children should be paying.
I don't care your point of view.
It's not your right to influence the way the truth is perceived.
Nor should it be in the hands of the politicians.
Trust must given to those both who teach and the ones to learn.
