I want to smoke, just like them, well not quite 'Cos not all of the day and not all of the night I want to smoke, but addiction, what's that all about? I'll smoke, thank you, but leave the addiction bit out I want to smoke just for the heck of it As long, of course, as my life I don't make a wreck of it I want to smoke, I'm assuming there's some benefit Otherwise people would stop, they'd simply just quit I want to smoke, I think it's daring and wild It's not about fear, like the fears we have as a child I want to smoke, I think it's grown up and cool And I can't understand why people say I'm a fool
