If, one day, you understand,
I, only wanted you to be my man.

If, one day, you come to know,
and see what I saw in you.

If, one day, the meaning becomes clear,
you will find that you threw away our future.

When that day comes, you will be devastated.
Just like I was, when I saw you do it.

Know in your heart, I tried long and hard.
There comes a time though,
when you can, no longer.

If, one day you see, what you meant to me,
you will cry and rail, and feel as though,
you might die.

You will live, though you hurt.
You will cry, you will grieve.

Know I have been where you are,
and I know the pain you feel.

Remember too,
I will always love you.
A special room in my heart,
for only you, exists.

Move on my love, we are over,
at the end.
Find a new love, be happy,
and try again.

I can not be with you,
I am gone, I moved on.
