Imagine me and you
in everything of love,
our love song coming through
like sunshine far above.
With love and love to say
for that's what life's about,
in every work and play
without any false or doubt.

It would be very nice
to have it all in affection,
and maybe a little surprise'
without complexity of direction;
but it would mean so much
if love was all that way,
with dreams to give and touch
and reaching out to play.

Imagine what it would be
to have and give of care,
and what you might then see
if love was always there.
And perhaps you would come
and give a magic smile,
and show me your blossoms
and be with me for a while.
