It's Not Always Our Fault Poem by Standing in the Silence of Your Pain

You look at a girl and whaddo you see?
Obviously its not her personality
It's the same old same old
You guys dont care
You look at her face and see if her beauty lies there
But what of the girls who aren't pretty, but plain?
They watch their friends win HER guys
And wonders why no one notices whats inside
The girls are told to loosen up
To stop being so critical,
Give someone a chance
But maybe their the one's that deserve a chance!
These are the girls who settle for any guys
Cuz they've grown up thinking
That their not worth his time
So when you ask them what their doing with some slum like him
Dont be surprized when they answer
'He liked you first but I guess you didn't like him'
