It's Universal Language
how could i speak their languages
how could i..she asks her dad
what about mine?
how could i speak a different
language at places different
what about mine?
i flow from east to west
i flow from north to south
they expect me to speak their languages
what about mine?
they don't even respect me..fight over me
i too am branded and sold in their market
you are married to earth...my dear
you have vapourised and come here-as guest
you should go back as rain
you should'nt put your in-laws in strain
the father convinces the daughter...WATER and
she comes back as rain
a resource well within man's control
a resource we have given all barriers
'language' the latest we have added
we fight over it like warriors..
.a disgusted resource it has become
a language of its own it does have.
.a universal one......
in which it wants to sing as it runs.
such a beautiful poem...humanity, love n smile shud b the only universal language...10 is too less 4 ur poem Sir...: -) so m not rating it: -)

A universal language of love, compassion and caring for each and all, would not need an understanding, no matter what tongue we speak. We should all learn to speak it now.
Good question you have raised in this poem! I am for One language for the whole world! That language could be English only! Love and music everybody loves; for which heart is needed!

Love is the one and only one universal language...let's speak love wherever we move...good write, SLN...well composed...10
