Jessie Poem by Katinka Havermans

Jessie

Rating: 5.0

My heart is heavy
My soul is aching
My home isn't my home with her in it
It's an empty shell without her beautiful soul
The room is sounding hollow even
My whole body cries out for her
She was my best friend, my soulmate
My everything has passed away
We had almost 17 wonderful years together
I am heartbroken
When I come home she's not there to greet me
I have never felt so alone
She has touched my life in so many ways
Loyal, loving, sweet dog
I miss you so much, sweet Jessie

Indeed, how much we can love such a most loyal soul, my house was no home anymore since the passing away of Derby, yours has become older, mine was only 14 years, but the great grief mourning has the same echos in our hearts. This poem touched me to the very being. Thank you for sharing this loveliest poem about Jessie. PH tells us oft about voting, so a 10 and much much more for the vote, Katinka.

Do not worry, am adapting. But yours is fresh grief and still greatest mourning, each time of the day. May she R.I.P.
