Life Poem by Farheen Viquas

Life

Petrichor smell in a whiff of air
Nocturnal darkness; the sound of raindrops,
Boom! Roars the the sky
Swoosh! Splatter and touch of water
Leaves me to a ceaseless trance
… Amidst straggle of followers
I too digress
To nature I belong, now I feel
Unflappable for at least a while
Air, water, sky, and I meet for a perfect rendevous
To celebrate the existence of something called Life!
… Amidst straggle of followers
I too digress
To nature I belong, now I feel
Unflappable for at least a while
Air, water, sky, and I meet for a perfect rendevous
To celebrate the existence of something called Life!
