Like a lighthouse shines it's lights
For those ships lost out at sea
Gods love shines each and everyday
To help guide both you and me

Like a lighthouse shines it's lights
To help lost souls find their way home
We also have many guardian Angels
All sent to help from Gods great throne

Like a lighthouse shines it's lights
Around in a circle on a point of a beach
Like it's a sign that Gods love
Is that light always drawing us in reach

Like a lighthouse shines it's lights
And those waves beating at its banks
Though we may reach our darkest hours
It is these time we should give Him thanks

Like a lighthouse shines it's lights
And also shines Gods great love
All we have to do is keep a watchfull eye
And He'll fill our hearts from up above

Like a lighthouse shines it's lights
God gives us His great love to share
So I decided to share mine with you
Just so you would know how much I care
