Like the amber waves of grain
Blowing across the fields
God sends us His great love
For protection like a shield

He sends us special angels
That we come to know as friends
So when our worlds are torn a part
They can help our hearts to mend

He gives us this great love
To share with each others hearts
And once we bond them together
We can feel His every part

Like The clouds in the sky
When the sun is sinking low
You can sit back and just watch
And see that Heavenly glow

And early of a morning
When the sun is rising fast
The new day is dawning
Our sign that love will always last

Like the face of a child
Just as precious as can be
He leaves us with out doubts
That it all comes from Thee

Yes, like the amber waves of grain
He's whispering in the wind
That His love is forever growing
Until He sees us once again
