Love Attracts Love
Once upon a time
own love, tried
to hold back..
thought
that people giving
their hearts
end up being hurt
but soon found out
hurt also is part of life
as much as love.
Could you believe
hurt love can really heal
The more love
a heart beats
the more bearable
shall come to be
own selfish bits.
Because love
opens the curtains
to others pain
and then may find
myself ashamed
of own tiny problems,
shall no more complain.
Reasons are melting
slowly, one by one
smiles blossom watching
how the open heart
The universal force of love
attract..
So very true Elena. As they say 'tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all'. Love shapes and heals us as with inevitable hurt can also make us more compassionate to others. Lovely poem :)
So very true, Elena. It is in giving that we receive. Sometimes we try so hard to be loved and do not get it. Once we start to give love, love starts to come our way. Very nice poem
That's true. Love, hurt, pleasure, and pain...are all reality in our real life. Being able to feel them means one is still alive.

Yes, love & pain are needed for a well balance life of understanding and love. Just like sweet fruit is enjoyed the liver also needs bitter herbs to detox itself now and then. A lesson well penned, thank you for sharing. :)
