I find these words very interesting. Poets are almost mediums? We can see BEYOND the prose? ! What an interesting concept. I can say that I am often surprised, interested, and amazed by what some poets see in my own poetry as well as others. I love that aspect. Thanks Sandra! :)

Words seldom express feelings properly.. It is always the one who is FEELING them that matters. Sometimes we can try so much but never succeed in having us heard.. I really agree with you Sandra. Only those with a genuine, soft, and tender nature can actually enjoy poetry. No poet or a good reader of poetry is not an empath.. If only we had more people in the world who valued this art - of both appreciating poetry and human emotions - we perhaps had been living in a better world..
