When dreadful times upon us fall
And evil scours the land
And men of weaker stature kneel
Men of valor stand
When darkness rises on each side
And day is choked by night
And men who fear their lives concede
Men of valor fight
When all of hell is brought to bear
With every cruel intent
And all the common men have fled
With all their courage spent
And when all those who've made great boasts
Have turned their backs and run
You'll see the men of valor still
Their battle's just begun
