Monalisa Poem by Mohammad Akmal Nazir

Monalisa

Rating: 4.5

Innocence costs nothing,
It's a gift from God,
It's the prelude to beauty,
It's not strained,
It's spontaneous,
It lies in a loving heart,
It's glow is felt on the visage,
Here its impact is complete,
And it has taken the shape of a picture.

Great values innocence, beauty and love are symbolically depicted. Highly imaginative imagery inspires the readers. Thanks for sharing such a nice poem. Marks 10

An interesting viewpoint perspective on innocence which I enjoyed and rated 10. I once wrote a thesis on innocence which your poem reminded me of. A subject worthy of true contemplation. I will name titles of a few of my thoughts on innocence you may read if your interested. 'Innocence In The Eyes Of A Child', 'Innocence Inspires Paradise Harmonies', 'Innocence Is A Harmonic Restoration Seed', 'Innocence Is Affirmation Verification Of Light' and 'Innocence Matter: Restoration Perfection'.
