My Baby Girl Poem by carolyn oclaire

My Baby Girl

As I sit here watching my baby girl sleep,
I'm just loving the fact that she apart of me.

Where is the time going?
It's moving so fast.
Pretty soon we'll be kickin' back laughing about the past.

I'm not sure if how I'm raising her is right.
But for my baby girl I'm willing to put up a fight.

She looks up to me.
So I try to be the best I can be.
Because I know my baby girl is watching me.

So I hold her hand,
We play in the sand.

I pick her up when she falls,
We even play ball.

I kiss her booboo's better,
I show her how to identify her letters.

Yup' that's my baby laying there fast a sleep.
And....
I'm loving the fact that she apart of me.......
