Nostalgia has everything to do
With the feelings of a mournful or joyful past
Which without a doubt will never comeback
It is difficult to relive these fast
Moving emotional sparkles
At times inundated with half-soured sadness
Or half-sugar coated excitement
And spurious joy. Knowing that whatever
Happened to your neighbor or a newcomer
Will unluckily hit you in the near future
Nostalgia is to reminisce
Where nothing will come out
Of the passive heartfelt outburst
Nostalgia is different from regret
It is pain that one can endure
Personally or quietly with guilt.
