Outcry Poem by Didith Marcelo

Outcry

Rating: 5.0

Under my pillow there's a lonely night
I think someone, somewhere is crying for tonight
I sighed to release such pain
Remembering the past seems a dreamy night
When wind touches my skin
Shiver lurks inside and hates my soul

My heart is rotten when I see madmen
That ain't giving way to hope for last
It breaks me down when curse is on my way
Moon so dark doesn't console my night
When morning comes and a lovely dew visit the ground
Still my tears it's up to shed for reason nature it can't be reach

Can anyone love me like my Mother did?
I yearn for care; like my Mother's touch
Distance have taken me so down
Earth sometimes is selfish that creeps in
and made the most for me to outcry
