Pets do not discriminate
Against their owners.
They love them
Because they have formed
A bond with them.
My reptile does not care
About my gender, race, color,
religion, weight or height.
He loves me because
I am his owner,
And I show him affection
And take good care of him.
Now human beings
In their relationships
With one another,
That is often an
Entirely different story.
Maybe us humans can learn
A thing of two from our pets?
