Please don't cry

When the shadows
Follow the snow
When the cold wind
Begin to blow

I will be the
Breeze of power that
Kill your frights
I will be the
Star that melt the
Cold nights

Please don't cry
When you need someone
To be there at your
Land
I will be behind your
View holding your hand

Please don't cry
When you need words
To say to your world
In a secret tone
I will be the song that
Never leave your breath
Alone

Just please never cry
Cause I will always
Be there to help you
Try

Sandra Saif, your poem is an eternal expression of love in its purest form. I was mesmerised. It is written delicately, almost like writing it on the petals of a flower, without hurting them at all. It has the spirit of healing dripping from ever word of it. Thank you for gifting this poem. Poem of the Day

poet Wilfred Owen

All sounds have been as music to my listening:
Pacific lamentations of slow bells,
The crunch of boots on blue snow rosy-glistening,
Shuffle of autumn leaves; and all farewells:
