Puddles Of Used To Be Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Puddles Of Used To Be

Living in a torrent of emotion while music keeps playing
over it, not wanting to stop and go over everything again.

Letting photographic screens keep track of it all as it
transpires in this dark night.

Walking in puddles of what used to be and is no more, a
famished appetite in darkness of a yesterday.
